Interventions
MPL is a development research and intervention organization whose services are both multidisciplinary and multisectoral in focus. The core interest is realized through research which provides the required input for project development and design of intervention programs, project planning and implementation and monitoring and evaluation in ascertaining that projects are implemented according to plan and as well as assessing project effect or impact.
