Chief Tony Asangaeneng:Chief Tony Asangaeneng is the founder and Chairman of the board of the Foundation. He has a great interest in the impact of socialization and culture on values and behavior formation. He is a development research professional with a focus on behavior change research. He was later appointed as Nigeria’s Country Representative for the United States based Population Media Center (PMC). He has over 15 years of working in the field of International Development. He served as the Program Specialist for the Niger Delta Trust Fund established to address issues of Sustainable Livelihoods in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria, Team Leader for the implementation of Culture and Health Africa Program on Widowhood and Wife Inheritance. He has written a number of publications in the Development field, as well as in Policy Research.

Ms. Eno Eshiet: Ms. Eshiet serves as Executive Director –Finance. She holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Accounting of the University of Uyo and a Masters Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations of the University of Ibadan. She has over 10 years hands – on experience in the banking industry and as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the non-profit sector. Over the years, she has been involved in a number of capacity building trainings including; Organizational Development and Management of Change, Management Skills Appreciation, Credit Risk Management, Marketing of Financial institutions and Fund Raising etc. She is a member of several professional bodies including a Fellow of the prestigious institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria.

Mr. Onofiok Sylvester Asangaeneng: Mr. Asangaeneng is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation. He serves in the Foundation’s Culture and Gender technical advisory team. He personally oversaw the implementation of the Sustainable Development Framework (SDF)-2003-2008 of the Foundation’s Widowhood Sustainable Livelihood Initiative. Mr.Asangaeneng has a degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Uyo.

Ms. Oluwaseun Odeniyi: Ms. Oluwaseun Odeniyi has a B.Sc in Biochemistry from the Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomosho, Nigeria. She is also the Chairperson of the Youth Development Program of the Anglican Communion, Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Her career line concentrates on Sustainable Youth Development Initiatives and she Heads the Technical Advisory Team of the Foundation on Sustainable Youth Development.

Ms. Grace Ngozi Nwankwo: Ms. Grace Nwankwo is a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife. She has a B.Sc in Nursing and an M.Sc in Social Works from the University of Ibadan. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Gender and Health Action Initiative, a non-profit organization that focuses on reduction of Maternal Mortality and Morbidity, promotion of girl – child education, child survival etc. She had worked as a Nursing Tutor with the University College Hospital Ibadan. Presently, she is the Senior Nurse at Aso Clinic in Abuja. She heads the Technical Advisory team on Reproductive Health programs of the Foundation.

Engineer Mario Schroeder:Engineer Schroeder is MPF’s Director for international programs and Informational Technology. He attended a private college in Germany to study Information Technology and later graduated at the University of Rostock, Germany, in Civil Engineering. He has served as Team Leader in architectural design and static calculations projects. Engr. Schroeder is a specialist in CAD and GIS. In 2001, Lockwood Greene, Atlanta USA, engaged him for special GA drawings with AUTOCAD. He has special skills in AUTOCAD, Micro Station with visual basic and java as key program languages. He speaks native German, English and Russia fluently.
