Responsibilities:

  • Network administration
  • Co-ordinate the processes for project development through power point presentations.
  • Manage multiple websites for consortia
  • Provide online support for offshore project teams at different locations
  • Ability to use SPSS for data analysis, experience in M&E is an added advantage.
  • Provide electronic database for project monitoring & evaluation.

     Experience:

  • Degree in Computer Science or any of the Social sciences
  • Minimum of 2 years in the non-profit sector
  • Strong writing and oral presentation skills

Abilities to:

  • Use appropriate computer software such as SPSS package etc
  • Prepare charts and graphs for numerical data
  • Communicate well in the English language

Job Title: Programs Manager
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Ibadan, Oyo State

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple project sites both nationally and internationally. He/She should be highly organized and be able to work without supervision and meet strict deadlines.
  • Develop and strengthen Monitoring and Evaluation systems.
  • Collaborates with other program teams (especially technical teams), tracks the performance of each program intervention to measure impact.
  • Conducts baseline surveys and research.
  • Monitors and follow-up project achievements against targets and documents the factors behind gaps and over achievements.
  • Documents systematically and consistently extra achievements, success stories and best practices.
  • Prepares periodic Monitoring and Evaluation plans and follow-up their progress.
  • Prepares and submits work plans and performance reports.
  • Prepares and submits quarterly and annual reports.
  • Undertakes other assignments as may be assigned by the Country Representative.
  • Provides guidance and supervision to the M&E Team members, assigns tasks and   responsibilities.

 

Experience:

Must have M.Sc in Management, Actuarial or Social Sciences with at least 5 years working experience in a similar position, in the non-profit sector.

  • Minimum 5 years in a non-profit sector.
  • Skills in designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation activities and formative or operations research.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation methodologies
  • Demonstrable analytical skills and experiences to identify and evaluate best practices and state-of-the-art approaches to be utilized.
  • Strong writing, oral presentation and organizational skills.
  • Abilities to:
    • Organize and write reports
    • Write English with proficiency
    • Use appropriate computer software
    • Prepare charts and graphs from numerical data
