Personnel
Multi Sector Projects (MPL) derives enormous strength from its experienced key personnel, which provide the required bridge for its global linkages with other institutions with positive implications for its programs. These key personnel include:
 
1. TONY ASANGAENENG: Mr. Asangaeneng serves as Chief Executive Officer of MPL. He was later appointed as Nigeria Country Representative for the United States based Population Media Center (PMC). He has B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Political Science and Public Administration of the universities of Uyo and Ibadan respectively. Additionally, he has a great interest in the impact of socialization and culture on values and behavior formation. He is a development research professional with a focus on behavior change research. 2. Eno Eshiet (Ms.): Ms. Eshiet serves as Executive Director –Finance and Operations. She holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Accounting of the University of Uyo and a Masters Degree in Labour and Industrial Relations of the University of Ibadan. She has over 5 years hands – on experience in the banking industry and as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in a number of organizations in the non-profit sector. E-mail: e.eshiet@multisec.org.ng  
 
3. Mario Schroeder: Mr. Schroeder is MPL’s Director for international programs and IT services. He attended a private college in Germany to study Information Technology and later graduated at the University of Rostock, Germany, in Civil Engineering. He has had several internships in architectural design and static calculations. Mr. Schroeder is a specialist in CAD and GIS. In 2001, he was engaged by Lockwood Greene, Atlanta USA, for special GA drawings with AUTOCAD. He has special skills in AUTOCAD, Micro Station with visual basic and java as key program languages. 4. Dr Anita Omoboya is currently the Senior Manager Development and Partnership. A graduate of Fine and Applied Arts from the University of London with MSc and PhD in Sociology from the Portland University, Oregon USA, Mrs Omoboya has 6 years experience working in Managerial Positions in various companies and organizations in Nigeria among which are; Woman Editor for the Monitor Newspapers, in which she handled Health, Science, Social and Gender/children related issues, was General Manager for D’Rovans Hotel Ibadan, giving her experience in the hospitality industry. She has worked in various child related NGOs and is the founder and Chief Executive of General Children Trust (GCT) an NGO that handles OVC and pregnant teenage girls related issues. She is a senior member and Public Relations Officer to National Association for Child Right Advocates of Nigeria. (NACRAN) Oyo State Chapter. With her over 6 years experience in executive positions in various organisations, Dr Omoboya brings in a lot of experience to strengthen donor collaboration with Multi Sector Projects. 5. BELLO M. ADETOKUNBO: Mr. Adetokunbo is the Manager-Programs at MPL. He has over 5 years experience in development work in reproductive health, HIV & AIDS, governance and democracy. He has B.A in Philosophy and Masters in Social Work(MSW) from the University of Ibadan. He is a registered member of Nigerian Association of Social Workers(NASOW). Email:t.bello@multisec.org.ng

6. ODUKOGBE, OLAWALE AWOLOWO: Mr Awolowo serves as the special Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, CEO, on programs. He coordinates the interface between the CEO's office and the program team. Mr Awolowo has a BA(Hons) in Classics from the University Of Ibadan and has just completed a Master's degree in Classics from the same University with specialization in Classical Rhetoric. Prior to his joining MPL, Mr Awolowo was the personal assistant in charge of administration to the vice chairman, Agbado-Oke Odo Local Government Area of Lagos state. 7. JOAN OMOZIE JEREMIAH: She is a graduate of History and International Studies from Ambrose Ali University in Mid-West Nigeria where she obtained a B.A(Hons). Her career experience includes serving in OBCHS in Oyo state Nigeria under the National Service Scheme. She has experience in sales marketing;, she was the Senior Supervisor in charge of project executions with ALOTES INVESTMENT NIG. LTD. She is currently the Secretary/Administrative Assistant with MPL. She is in charge of office management and general administration including finance and operations. Emai: j.joan@multisec.org.ng

8. INNOCENT KAMGA: Mr Kamga is a Cameroonian national living in Nigeria; he joined MPL as Program Assistant / Information Technology Manager. Mr Kamga studied Information Technology at the SONE-INFORMATIC in Cameroon where he obtained an equivalent of Higher National Diploma in Computer Science. Mr Kamga has over 14 years experience using computer to support corporate operations. He formerly served as IT Manager at the PROLEG S.A., a subdivision of Groupe Fotso Victor, a large conglomerate in Cameroon, France, Senegal and Mali between 1993 and 1998. In 2001, he founded DigiSoft, an IT Service delivery organization in Cameroon. His current engagement in MPL is to provide a foundation for DigiSoft and MPL to jointly provide specialized services throughout west Africa Email:i.kamga@multisec.org.ng

9. XAVIER ASANGAENENG: Mr. Xavier Asangaeneng is the Program Officer for Culture and Gender at MPL .He is currently in charge of the implementation   of Okon Widows Network (OWN) Sustainable Development Framework(SDF)-2003-2008 together with several development partners. Mr.Asangaeneng formerly studied Law at the prestigious University of Ibadan .As a result of his interest in Culture and Gender, he is currently studying Sociology and Anthropology at the University of Uyo .Email:x.asangaeneng@multisec.org.ng

10. SALAWUDEEN YETUNDE: Miss Salawudeen is currently a program intern at MPL, she is a student at Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye studying computer science. She obtained her Diploma Certificate in data processing in the same university. Email: y.salawudeen@multisec.org.ng
